Bua Food Group is a hospitality group developing and operating restaurants and other food and beverage concepts founded by second-generation restaurateur Penny Chutima and hospitality veteran Lou Abin. 

Chutima owns Lotus of Siam, a celebrity and foodie mecca that has earned praise from a parade of respected food critics and industry leaders over the past two decades.  Abin brings over 20 years of experience with the acclaimed Tao Group, where he oversaw the team and operations for all restaurants and nightlife properties across the globe. He previously worked with world-renowned restaurateur Joe Bastianich and chefs Lidia Bastianich and Mark Strausman.
